Briefings are being held between January-February in your local area to update you on various issues (including strategy developments, improving outcomes for children, EYE stretched offer, 2 year old funding, small equipment fund, ISP updates, claim processes etc).

From February 2012 Services for Young Children will be offering Child Protection Officer Support Groups to all early years education providers as part of the ‘General’ offer of support for these providers. Childminders will be represented by the NCMA.

A one day EYFS conference for Foundation Stage and YR 1 teams working in schools. This conference will provide the opportunity for delegates to hear nationally recognised early years speakers on different aspects of effective EYFS reception class practice and provision. Alistair Bryce- Clegg will share his thoughts/ideas on the transitional project that he implemented recently.
