The late claims process is now open for nursery funding. The aim of this new online course is to further develop your knowledge and understanding of high-quality provision for babies and toddlers, 0-2 years.

This new online course shares information about the Government’s plans to introduce a new targeted entitlement for two year olds to access free early education. It also includes underpinning knowledge to support young children’s learning and development including the key person approach, the importance of play and how to implement the revised EYFS looking at the three prime areas of learning, the characteristics of effective learning and Development Matters statements. The final part of the course looks at the new progress check and how practitioners can carry these out effectively. For full details please click on the following link:
